📊 Analytics Module

Marketing data you can actually make decisions from.

Gina builds the measurement infrastructure your marketing needs: tracking plan, UTM conventions, dashboard, and attribution model — so every channel's contribution is visible and trusted.

From broken tracking to trusted data in 4 steps.

01
Tracking audit
What's instrumented, what's broken, what's missing. Gina audits your current analytics setup — GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, conversion events, UTM consistency — and maps the gaps.
02
Tracking plan
A documented plan of every event that should be tracked, the trigger condition, the properties to capture, and the tool to track it in. Built for your specific funnel.
03
UTM convention library
Standardized UTM structure for every channel, campaign type, and content format — with a naming convention guide your team can actually follow.
04
Attribution model
Which attribution model fits your funnel (last-click, first-click, linear, time-decay, data-driven) and how to read it correctly. Gina explains the tradeoffs and sets up the model.

Analytics module deliverables.

Tracking plan

Every event mapped: trigger, properties, tool, and owner. Shareable with developers for implementation.

UTM convention guide

Standardized naming for every channel and campaign type — with examples and a quick-reference sheet.

Dashboard design

A dashboard spec (or built dashboard if you use Looker Studio) showing the metrics that actually matter to your business — not 40 default GA4 charts.

Attribution model brief

Which model to use, why, and how to interpret it — written for marketers, not data scientists.

Who needs this module.

Any business spending on marketing without confidence that their numbers are accurate or attribution is working.

About this module.

What tools do you work with?
Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Looker Studio for dashboards. If you're on a different stack, ask — most major tools are covered.
Do you implement the tracking, or just design it?
Gina designs the tracking plan and UTM system, and produces the technical implementation spec your developers use to install events. She can also implement GA4 event tracking directly if you give her site access.
How long does setup take?
Tracking audit and plan: 3–5 days. Full setup with dashboard: 7–10 days. Implementation by your dev team is separate and depends on their availability.
What if we already have GA4 set up?
Then we start with the tracking audit — Gina evaluates what's installed correctly, what's misconfigured, and what's missing. Most GA4 setups have significant gaps in event tracking.
